As a Superior Court Commissioner hearing family law cases, Mary Muse has seem both tragedy and triumph in dealing with some of the County's most emotionally charged cases of substance abuse, child neglect, domestic violence and elder abuse.
Mary is no stranger to making the hard decisions and tough choices necessary to be an effective judge. In fact, Judge Patrick J. Riley, who is retiring from this position, has endorsed Mary and said, "She demonstrates her outstanding abilities in consistently handling the most difficult cases and doing so with fairness and outstanding legal ability."
