I, Dennis, submit the following statement regarding candidates involved in the local election of Santa Clarita City Counsel and the, immediate, locality of San Fernando Valley area in the year of 1998-99-2000-01-02. As a prospective candidate, myself, and seeking to further political ethics and campaign reform, I investigated on my own certain reasonable suspicions that I had based upon reliable information. This investigation was "people based" the real victims of political unsavory activities.

As a claimant in these matters, I discovered certain campaign disclosure regulations were not followed and the issuance of campaign material that was predicated upon lies and deceit. The source of the unlawful political campaign activity began with an illegal hit piece. The hit pieces are unfound and baseless intentionally distributed by one _____ _____. A contribution and sum of $15,000.00 dollars was acknowledged as being used and signed for by Ms. Marion Kuzmin; however, her owns word, in front of a witness to be named, was" I did not get the money although I signed for it". Moreover, she declared that she claimed she only disclosed it, but she did not handle, see, or touch the money. Further, investigation of my part revealed that, historically, she had done this on several occasions, and whose signatures are they? These occurred after I told her to cease and desist any further actions. She agreed that she would not do it again, but again "__________ for Assembly" in Thousand Oaks? A serious violation of 1974 Political Reform Act, and under the circumstances there was no remorsefulness in their demeanor.

Notwithstanding, the stringent campaign laws in this state, the overall philosophy and policy is to ensure that honesty and forthrightness are maintained with prospective candidates engaged in political campaigns. Additionally, elements are equal access and opportunity to present a platform.
As stated by our current President, Mr. Bush, we must be vigilant and even minded against terrorism but political campaign reform is a high priority on the American agenda, and it starts with the individual candidate in any election; this is why I have instituted and filed this claim. Also, recalling to mind the old adage that "one bad apple can ruin a whole barrel".

Moreover, I substantiate my claim I spoke with the printer, publisher of the illegal hit piece, and he informed me several facts about Mr. _____. He must have authorized their publication and he express his intentions do any thing possible to finally win his second election attempt in 1998, past. Mr. _____'s intentions or one could ask who did what, when, were confirmed by several witnesses. The printer who heard my conversation that I was running for governor of the state of California opened up to me. This person, also, informed me he showed _____ _____ how to win. These illegal hit pieces, on a continuous basis, and these mentalities prove proclivity for political "badness". If asked, this witness should testify honestly or be faced with perjury because the truth will and must come out, just like Water Gate that took some time, but honestly and Justice prevailed. The money had to come from some people and delivered by some people, to the printer, for illegal " Hit Pieces".
Thence, I am requesting that my claim is throughly reviewed and investigated while pre-paration for a hearing is made. The people of the Santa Clarita Valley and the San Fernando Valley areas, as well as our State, and Nation needs an end to political activity that preclude the best candidates from coming forward and winning.

In addition, the nations that want our system of government, we should work with them on a volunteer basis. Why deal with any form of government that does not want to work with our form of government. Leave them alone! Forget the troublemakers, but for the poor and needed governments and anybody within the world that does want our form of government, then why not help? Why not "on a volunteer basis" offer our system of government to those that want it and all the protection that will follow. We will be rewarded for the training, staff, and educational opportunities, within the Government and businesses that they will have to have. In business and government alike, we can create a basis for any world government that wants to hold our system of government close at hand.

In the USA, between L.A. and New York, (Los Angeles and New York are far apart), but not everybody in the world can fit here. We also cannot fit everybody in North America, or "The Americas" between L.A. and San Diego! Los Angeles and San Diego has more than 2/3 of the people in the state of California. Major traffic Jams are between L.A. and San Diego. You could say Los Angeles and San Diego is PACKED full of people. I do not see how, we do not see how, or you will not see how we can fit any more people in this area without stacking them in as Malaysia does, wall to wall, and top to bottom. "Malaysia is the world's most populated area."

We must plan "proper development" centers, worldwide!

By using a rotating, volunteer basis, Mondays will be for city employees, Tuesdays for county employees, Wednesdays for State employees, and Thursdays for Federal employees, by starting off at eleven to seven or twelve to eight or one to nine, instead of 9to 5 there were be less traffic in our American Cities. Every year we will rotate days. We will build volunteer agencies for all levels of government. Open 24/7, we will create a Reporterland USA, police hill America, and franchise land. They all will contain sit down phone booth spread apart for privacy, fax machines, copy machines, hot coffee, and all the necessary things, anyone would need, away from home. We will also have Final destination resorts, (F.D.R.'s), In Route Cultural Centers (IRCC) with Parks, and Stop and Rest Centers (SRC) along the highways.

We will also have Traffic Emergency Centers (TEC)'s; centers marked by red notifications signs prior to all the necessary off-ramps within our interstate highway system of North America. They will contain Fan belts, water hoses, batteries, headlights and light bulbs, offer oil changes, change and repair flat tires, and have tow trucks 24\7 for any and all emergencies, available along side the freeway off-ramp systems. All of our post offices will be located alongside the freeway system, not placed miles from off ramps, and never again placed up on hills, because mail is very heavy. On a volunteer basis, all of our newspapers on their front page, should post, every Tuesday, at least once a week hours of every post office within their district of the mail and the last mail pick up of United States postal service in that area. Why not create on a volunteer basis, only one overnight delivery service, for all the busy high-rise buildings, and only one place in our congested shopping centers. What do you think? Delivery agencies can exchange that media, on a volunteer basis, to keep traffic down, pollution down, and not waste gas for all these huge trucks to have to visit places again & again! For the centers that only need one pick-up per day, why not send only one truck, not five trucks that just arrive around 5:00pm M-F and that helps to create the massive traffic jams in our busy cities! I am concerned about closing as valuable details are available upon request! Remember, we are not using our country at proper potential and our environment is suffering, so is the population! The first thing I would do for the city is to allow the voters to pick the planning & park commissioners. We need playing fields. Half of my paycheck would go back to the voters that came up with ideas to help our city that we use. We will have my 800 numbers to call in ideas. When people run from police they just write the mileage down and the criminals will get one extra month for each mile. All the red left turn arrows will blink so you will be able to turn left as we did for decades when no cars are within 500 feet.
