STATEMENT

The Assembly is the branch of government that most represents local communities in Sacramento. Today, it is especially important that individuals and their neighborhoods have a powerful voice. As the Libertarian candidate for District 12, I will prioritize our needs over special interests, public or private.

If elected, I will 1) Encourage individual freedom and personal responsibility 2) Reduce the influence of intrusive and expensive government 3) Repeal bad laws 4) Enable individuals and communities to manage funds according to their own needs 5) Expand local control over Education 6) Liberate Small Business, our only current source of economic growth and new jobs.

The interests of our local communities and small businesses are not being heard. The incumbents do not represent us and are wasting our time and resources. It is time for a change.

As a business owner and family man, responsibility and good management are second nature. With years of practical experience, District 12 can be assured that they will be well represented. As a Libertarian, the local community is my highest priority.

Help rebuild the Spirit of Freedom that is a cornerstone of the California experience. Vote for Michael Denny, Assembly District 12.
