  • Keeping children at the top of the party's agenda, by focusing on child care, education, health insurance, and domestic violence
  • Making the local party active in promoting Democratic values in the community , not merely getting candidates with party credentials elected
  • Creating livable communities that emphasize long-term & regional perspectives in transportation and housing planning
