Classroom and instructional area upgrades, remodeling, addition or moderization: Meeting program needs by changing, upgrading or adding of classrooms or other instructional facilities such as adding white boards, replacing portable facilities with permanent and/or the replacement or expansion of multi-purpose facilities.

Electrical and/or lighting upgrades: Improving electrical service to allow for the addition or expansion of lighting and/or technology.

Fencing installation, repair and/or replacement: Increasing campus safety by repairing, installing and/or replacing fencing.

Furniture: The addition or replacement of furnishings.

Installation of Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning systems: The installation of modern heating, ventilating, and/or air conditioning systems in instructional areas not included in previous modernization.

Replacement of broken and dangerous concrete surfaces: Repairing or replacing concrete surfaces and/or walkways that are damaged, dislocated or broken resulting in safety or trip hazards.

Replacement of window coverings and/or stage curtains: Providing the ability to adjust instructional area lighting levels and/or security including the replacement of old or damaged stage draperies.

Restroom repair, modernization and expansion: Upgrading the condition of restrooms or adding additional facilities to meet occupancy standards.

Roofing repairs or replacement: Ensuring facility protection by repairing or replacing roofing systems.

Science lab upgrades: Modernizing science laboratories to meet curriculum and/or graduation requirements.

Technology upgrades or replacement: Purchase, upgrade and/or replacement of technology, technology equipment, networking and related support systems.
