Political Philosophy for Al Jon Tarman
Candidate for |

It's time to look back on the founders;these brilliant geniuses. Jefferson for one wanted an independent yeoman farmer-a free spirited thinking citizen. THe time has come for independent non politicians to seek political office. One should accomplish first in the private sector! People borne of government too often think that this is "real life." How much food does government produce? How many cars has it made? It takes far too much of our hard earned labor for what it gives in return. Certainly, it is necessary to form the loose framework of society. But the founders never had this over reaching octopus in mind when they formed this great constitution. Government is supposed to do a more efficient job than it does now! Who has planned for California? Road use is up 80% YET ROADS HAVE ONLY INCREASED 8%. THe time has come to put into office those who will speak their minds and the truth. The truth is California has grown too quickly and suffers in all categories. THink about this next time you register to vote. The ability for you to light up your own living room may be at stake. It was Abe Lincoln who read by candlelight. Think about it. The Republican Party is now the one to question the "establishment." It does so because Jefferson's yeoman independent man is under fire. |
