Dear Santa Barbara County Resident:

As your Clerk-Recorder-Assessor, my goal is to improve the quality of property assessment and election services in Santa Barbara County.

With over 17 years experience in the County Assessors Office, and as the current Business Division Manager, I have worked hard to ensure that we provide the highest quality professional assessment services delivered in an open, honest and fair manner.

Impartiality is important when administering elections. As Clerk-Recorder-Assessor, I pledge to not lend my name, support for office or endorsement to any candidate, initiative, referendum, or recall effort, and to conduct the affairs of the office in a manner that eliminates the perception of bias.

Providing quality public service efficiently and in open and honest manner is my passion. My campaign will reflect my commitment to public service and highlight accountability and creating value for the citizens of this County through the effective use of new technologies and "e-Government".
