GRAINNE HARDIMAN WARD is a Certified Family Law Specialist with a tough, no nonsense reputation. GRAINNE HARDIMAN WARD has frequently volunteered as a Judge Pro Tem in the Family Law Court of Orange County in the last ten years. GRAINNE HARDIMAN WARD as Superior Court Judge will focus on protecting our community, particularly our children. GRAINNE HARDIMAN WARD will be a tough Judge in cases involving drunk drivers, drug dealers and gang violence. "I SUPPORT ORDER AND JUSTICE. I SUPPORT THE DEATH PENALTY WHERE WARRANTED. I WILL BE A JUDGE WHO IS FAIR, FOLLOWS THE LAW AND PROTECTS THE PUBLIC. I ASK FOR YOUR VOTE AND SUPPORT ON MARCH 5, 2002." Grainne's primary focus is the children. She is the mother of three adult children, who were raised and educated in Orange County and graduated from UCLA, UCSB and USD. Having always put children first in both her personal and professional life. Grainne was a schoolteacher in Ireland. Grainne volunteered with the Santa Ana Stay in School Program through the Orange County Bar interacting with the students to motivate them towards a brighter future. She has been appointed to represent and protect the rights of children by the Family Law Courts. Grainne has attended the Orange County Family Violence Council meetings. She has served as an Adjunct Professor at Western State College of Law. Grainne has been a mediator on many Family Law cases. In sixteen years of practice Grainne has successfully handled many cases involving dissolution of marriage, domestic violence, spousal and child support, property division, paternity, juvenile and grandparents rights. She represents a cross section of clients from all economic and ethnic groups. Grainne Hardiman Ward is supported and endorsed in her candidacy by Judges, District Attorneys, elected officials, law enforcement, attorneys, and ordinary citizens.
