Measure A. Special Parcel Tax Assessment for Educational Programs and Services -- Kentfield School District
2634 / 67.37% Yes votes
1276 / 32.63% No votes
To maintain excellence in Kentfield's public education by supporting superior academic core programs, attracting/retaining highly-qualified teachers, maintaining small class sizes, and enhancing technology programs, shall Kentfield School District levy parcel taxes, to replace existing assessments, at $550 per year for parcels containing one single-family residence, at rates specified in the sample ballot for all other parcels, increase rates by 5% per year, grant senior exemptions, and implement an annual financial audit, for seven years?

Measure B. Replacement of Existing Fire Station and Former Police Building -- City of Sausalito (Advisory Vote Only)
978 / 33.63% Yes votes
1930 / 66.37% No votes
Shall the City of Sausalito be authorized to replace the existing fire station and former police building with a new combined Public Safety Building, a part of which will be located on Caledonia Street, consistent with the Design Review approved by the Planning Commission on August 8, 2001?

Measure C. Special Per Annum Tax -- Novato Fire District

3750 / 28.05% No votes
Shall the Novato Fire District Ordinance No. 91-1 by which the voters approved a special tax to provide paramedic/ambulance services and fire suppression and prevention services in the District be amended to permit increases up to $.02 additional tax on residential structures, up to $.03 additional tax on commercial/industrial structures, which may be adjusted annually for inflation to fully fund paramedic, ambulance and fire service costs, and shall the District's appropriations limit be correspondingly increased?

Measure D. Project to Add Bicycle/Pedestrian Lanes on Olema-Bolinas Road -- Bolinas Community Public Utility District (Advisory Vote Only)
238 / 45.25% Yes votes
288 / 54.75% No votes
Shall a project be implemented to widen Olema-Bolinas Road (4 feet on each side), from the school to downtown, by adding bicycle/pedestrian lanes, with a white stripe separating the bicycle/pedestrian lanes from vehicular traffic; to be paid for by a grant from the State Safe Routes to School Program and Marin County Transportation funds?

Measure E. Santa Rosa Junior College Repair and Safety Measure -- Sonoma County Community College District (Bond Measure)
64 / 62.14% Yes votes
39 / 37.86% No votes
Shall Santa Rosa Junior College (Santa Rosa, Petaluma, all locations) prepare students for jobs and four year colleges by acquiring, constructing, furnishing, repairing deteriorating classrooms, libraries, laboratories, sites, parking; upgrading fire safety, ventilation/plumbing, electrical, computer technology wiring; replacing portables; completing and upgrading training centers for firefighters, police, nurses, paramedics, technology; by Sonoma County Junior College District issuing $251,700,000 of bonds at legal rates, with Citizens' Oversight Committee, annual audits and no money for operations or administrators' salaries?
