Steven Lubell has had to make the tough decisions required of a Judge. Steven Lubell has demonstrated an ability to wield the power of a Judge skillfully so that the rule of law is not created haphazardly, or in an ivory tower, but by citizen judges like Steven Lubell who understand the human condition and the important issues in our lives.
