Assessor; County of El Dorado

My vision is to create an office culture of excellence. I also feel very strongly that public servants must maintain the highest ethical standards.

Therefore I will continue the long standing policy of requiring employees of the Assessor's Office who hold real estate licenses to place them on inactive status while they are employed in the Assessor's Office.

I will also continue to require appraisers who wish to moonlight as fee appraisers to do their fee work outside of El Dorado County to avoid any conflict of interest.
