There is a definite need to improve our distict meetings without taking away the right for everyone to speak on the issue being addressed. The current situation of issues under consideration becoming verbal battles (including personal insults, speaking out of order, gestures, and on occasion obscenities) should be changed immediatly. Both the Board and those attending have contributed to this situation. The solution to this problem can only be solved by eliminating the feelings of distrust, cooperative mature thinking by all involved, and a return to proper meeting procedures.
