Intelligent Future Planning..... focusing on relieving gridlock on our local streets and promoting economic vitality, need to be priorities. Traffic snarls such as those on Hickey Blvd. and El Camino could have, and should have, been dealt with up-front in the planning process. I am committed to an improved planning process that better involves our people and minimizes the impacts on our quality of life!!
