I earned a B.B.A. in Finance from Temple University, where I was on the Dean's List and a recipient of the Outstanding Senior Award. I also earned a J.D. (Cum Laude) from Delaware Law School of Widener University where I was a founder of the Law Review, The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. The National Board of Trial Advocacy has certified me as a specialist in criminal law. I have also worked in the Attorney General's Office of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Criminal Law Division assigned to the Organized Crime and Public Corruption Section. I moved to California in 1987 and later opened a private practice where I continue to serve a variety of clients in matters including wrongful termination, personal injury, real estate law (representing buyers and sellers), hazardous waste litigation in State and Federal Courts and general civil litigation. I have served as a Judge Pro Tem in the Los Angeles Municipal Court system and as a Special Master for the State Bar of California, including serving as a Special Master in the case of People v. Eric and Lyle Menendez. I am a volunteer pro bono attorney for the SF Volunteer Legal Services and Sor Juana Ines (Services for Abused Women). I also serve as a Board Member and Treasurer for Sor Juana Ines. |
