Bridge a good working relationship within the district--between all employees.

  • I believe that each employee is a valuable link that forms the chain that comprises an organization. It is imperative that EVERY employee be treated with respect and be valued for the contributions they make to the organization.

Committed to accountability
  • I believe that all members of the organization should be held accountable for their part in the functions of business that occurs. Each end of the spectrum must take responsibility for their actions. This includes everyone from the District Office to the students.

I believe in a good education for students which includes more vocational programs/classes and a good learning environment.
  • In order for students to receive a good education we must have qualified and properly credentialed teachers.

  • The physical structure must also be conducive to a good learning situation--if the room temperature is too cold or too hot students will not be able to concentrate on their learning.

  • Students need to take responsiblity for their education by participating in class; doing homework; and seeking additional assistance to gain the necessary skills to learn the material.

  • Not all students are going directly to college. An increase to the number of vocational classes offered so students may learn skills in a specific field or trade will allow them to go directly to the work force. Vocational classes offer an alternative to non-college bound studen
