Candidate for
Governing Board Member; Bonita Unified School District

Ron & Julie White are 15-year residents of La Verne. Married for 21 years, they are the parents of five children, all of whom have been educated at Bonita Unified schools. Their oldest daughter is now a university student; their 15-year-old sons attend Bonita High School; their third son is a student at Ramona Middle School; and their youngest daughter is a third grader at Oak Mesa Elementary School.

Ron is a business attorney whose clients include public agencies, such as the City of Los Angeles and the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. He is a member of the board of directors of his firm, which employs more than 50 people. In additon, Ron is a mediator of business disputes and has been recognized for his pro bono service by the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Ron has been active as a leader, coach and mentor in local youth organizations such as Boy Scouts of America, Little League and AYSO.
