Shall Mt. San Antonio Community College District preserve educational opportunities, relieve overcrowding, and improve safety conditions by replacing/repairing deteriorating buildings/classrooms/plumbing/heating/air conditioning/sewer systems; repairing/upgrading electric wiring for computer technology, modernizing laboratories, improving security/lighting/parking; removing asbestos; and building new classrooms to accommodate rapid growth by issuing $221 million in bonds at interest rates within legal limits, with locally appointed Citizens' Oversight Committee, published annual audits, and no money for administrator salaries?
