Shall the City of Malibu issue its general obligation bond in the amount of $15 million to acquire land for such public purposes as parks, playgrounds, playing fields, trails, community centers in order to serve children, teens, families, adults, and seniors with recreation, social and education programs, including improvements and construction, and to protect natural areas and wildlife habitat? Up to 15% of these funds may be used for improvements or construction.
