Additional Endorsements for Ralph Edward Johnson
Candidate for |

On Nov. 6, we will have the opportunity to exercise our right to vote. This is one of our most important rights, and we urge everyone to exercise this right. In Castro valley, two seats on the CV Sanitary District Board will be filled. This election may seem small in comparison with current world events, but voting is a big way to demonstrate the best of America. Over the last few years, the District has become more outgoing to its customers, improved customer service, tackled serious wastewater treatment capacity and solid waste issues, and maintains one of the lowest customer service fees in the entire state. You have a chance to return Harry Francis and Ralph Johnson to the board to continue this work. In the last four years, Harry provided key leadership in handling LAVWMA and EBMUD pipeline impacts, improving solid waste services and maintaining the financial health of the District. Ralph has been involved with District and Castro Valley for years, was invilved in the negotiations concerning the LAVWMA and EBMUD pipelines, is the lead in examining wastewater treatment capacity issues, strives to control costs and maintain the District in sound financial condition. We believe Harry and Ralph are well connected with the community, bring vast experience, are capable of making difficult decisions and are the most qualified candidates to serve you on the board of directors.
