    Shall the Charter be amended to provide for the merger of the Fire and Police Pension Plans into a single Fire and Police Pension Plan and to enable the City Council of the City of Los Angeles to establish by ordinance a new benefit tier to the Fire and Police Pension Plan?

    Charter Amendment B Modification to Fire and Police Pension Plans to Permit the Reactivation of Surviving Spouse Benefits to Widows and Widowers of Firefighters and Police Officers who Remarried Prior to December 5, 1996. -- City of Los Angeles (Charter Amendment)
    Shall the Charter be amended to enable the City Council of the City of Los Angeles to enact an ordinance to allow reactivation of surviving spouse benefits to widows and widowers of firefighters and police officers who had their benefits taken away solely because they remarried prior to December 5, 1996?

    Measure K School Facilities, Renovation/Addition. Monitoring by Citizens' Oversight Committee. -- Covina-Valley Unified School District (Bond Measure)
    To improve health and safety conditions of neighborhood schools, relieve classroom overcrowding, replace inadequate electrical, heating and ventilation systems, roofs, plumbing and sewer systems, renovate outdated science laboratories, and renovate and/or add classrooms and other facilities, shall Covina-Valley Unified School District issue $50 million of bonds at interest rates within the legal limit and appoint a citizens' oversight committee to guarantee funds are spent only on school facilities?
