Candidate for
Council Member; City of Monrovia

Taras Matla was born on May 8, 1979 to the pround parents of Walter and Marta Matla. He is the youngest of three children and has lived in Monrovia all of his life. Taras has attended Wild Rose Elementary School, Clifton Middle School and is a graduate of Monrovia High School.

As a native Monrovian, Taras understands the issues that most people his age are concerned with. Issues, such as a lack of representation of our younger generation in our city government. Are their needs truely being addressed? Taras offers these words of concern:
