The concept of Neighborhood Compatibility has served the City of Palos Verdes Estates and its residents well.
I support the concept of Neighborhood Compatibility and think it is an essential element for the preservation of our City. I think overall it has served the City and its residents well. The recent guidelines are a good start at helping to simplify this very complex process.
