Shall bonds be issued by the Board of Education of the Indian Hill Exempted Village School District, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of New Construction, Improvements, Renovations and Additions to School Facilities and Providing Equipment, Furnishings and Site Improvements Therefor in the principal amount of Forty-Nine Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($49,600,000) to be repaid annually over a maximum period of twenty-seven (27) years, and an annual levy of property taxes be made outside the ten-mill limitation, estimated by the county auditor to average over the repayment period of the bond issue four and eighteen hundredths (4.18) mills for each one dollar of tax valuation, which amounts to forty-one and eight-tenths cents ($0.418) for each one hundred dollars of tax valuation to pay the annual debt charges on the bonds, and to pay debt charges on any notes issued in anticipation of the bonds.

The Community for Indian Hill Schools is offering four public forums to discuss the Indian Hill Exempted Village School District Bond Issue, on the ballot November 7. If passed, the bond issue would finance a comprehensive facilities improvement plan for Indian Hill Schools.

These meetings have been scheduled in different locations in the Indian Hill school district so that all residents will have an opportunity to learn about the bond issue and ask questions

All meetings start at 7:30. October 5 at the Sycamore Township Safety Services Building at 8540 KenwoodRoad October 11 at the Remington Fire Station, 9425 Loveland Madeira Road in Symmes Township October 18 at Indian Hill Primary School, 6207 Drake Road October 26 at the Schoolhouse Restaurant, 8031 Glendale-Milford Road in Camp Dennison
