Government is the problem, not the solution.

Government is the problem, not the solution. What we need is more free enterprise and less government. We need Libertarian solutions. That's why I'm running for State Senate.
Hello, I'm Carole Brow.

I've lived in Sacramento and San Joaquin County almost 30 years.

In that time I've seen incredible changes. I remember when there were farms near CalExpo. When it didn't take a half hour to drive on 99 from downtown to Florin Rd. In the meantime, once nice neighborhoods have decayed as urban development leapfrogged past them.

There have been other signs of decay, and none are more evident than what has happened in education. It's appalling what dangerous places public schools have become. And they don't seem to be particularly good at education, either.

How have we gotten to this point? Aren't there government planners to prevent urban sprawl? Hasn't public school funding been increased and class sizes reduced? These are not new problems. Why hasn't government solved them?

Maybe the reason is that government is the problem, not the solution. What we need is more free enterprise and less government. We need Libertarian solutions. That's why I'm running for State Senate.
