Philharmonic Orchestra was my idea
Now we need a Jr. Orchestra
Decorated the band stand and City Hall
Artist work displayed in City Hall was my idea and I found the first artist Dorothy White.
Now working on The Helen Delevois Memorial Museum & Library and Scholarships for Students
Takes exchange students into our home
First woman Rotary member to go to Moscow

Married 26 years to Bill Voulgaris
Loves all kinds of critters
