The BoardThe Board - in fact the Board can do little to improve actual student accomplishment. It can only set hypothetical goals and make other "paper" decisions. Proof: The Board has been doing this for at least the last 30 years and student accomplishment has become poorer and poorer. This will always be true. To make good board decisions one must start with facts (the students and teachers) and end with abstractions (what the board does). |
