Today's technology advances are so rapid that schools can be left behindBefore annual budget reviews are made, a fact-find committee should be formed to investigate new technology in computers and other high-tech tools. Recommendations for updated equipment, texts and special training for teachers should be scheduled and budgeted at that time. We must guarantee that every child who starts kindergarten today will have his or her best possible chance at a successful life of security in tomorrow's demanding technological environment. |
