I have practiced real estate and land use law for the past twenty-one years, both in private practice and as in-house counsel. I am a partner in the Palo Alto law firm of Tomlinson Zisko Morosoli & Maser. In addition to my Atherton Planning Commission and General Plan Committee experience, my career has been oriented around urban affairs and development. Early in my career I worked as an engineer for the Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering. I then served as a VISTA volunteer with a community council in the East End area of Cincinnati. During the New York City Fiscal Crisis in the mid-70's, I worked as a policy analyst for the Mayor's Commission on City Finances, after having held similar positions with the Citizens Budget Commission, a private group in New York which served as a watchdog on City finances, and with the New York City Office of Management and Budget. I am a 14-year resident of Atherton, living in Lloyden Park with my wife, Kathryn, and two children, ages 12 and 14. Education
