As a teacher in the Sequoia High School District for over thirty years and a candidate for the San Mateo County Board of Education, I will work very hard for the following reforms:

2. Pay parents for home teaching.

3. Higher academic standards for elementary schools.

4. Return art and music to our schools.

5. Eliminate "Junk Lawsuits" directed at our schools.

6. Enforce the "Prison Literacy Act" for county prisons.

7. Eliminate politics, greed, corruption and discrimination in our public schools.

8. Develop a degree program for special education students.

9. Certificate people with special skills regardless of their education.

10. Expand youth offender schools.

11. Reduce through attrition, the 27 school districts in San Mateo County to three K - 14 districts.

12. The county school department should be the "Watch Dog" for all financial expenditures in each of the 27 districts in San Mateo County.
