Einstein's quote "Do not worry about your difficulties in mathematics; I can assure you that mine are still greater"Einstein's quote will have a new meaning for pupils taking the exit exams in high schools. I believe that young girls and young boys should be separated in the 9th and 10th grade and co-ed in high school in the 11th and 12th grade. I have taken care of clients with disabilities and worked with support groups to keep children out of sweatshops. The sheriff department has many resources for young teenagers in trouble in public schools. I do not recommend the influence of counselors desensitized in reforming drug, alcohol, or gangs in the public school system especially if they have been with them over a two year period of time. I believe in Newschool, its a program using the newspaper to teach math, science and health. |
