Biography, My Brackground and Experience Serving as an interim Trustee just before our School District was unified, attending most of the school board meetings and serving on a few of the school district committees during the last four years has helped prepare me for the position of Trustee on the Paso Robles Unified School Board. In the business community, I have held various positions including an executive management position reporting directly to a board of directors. Since I have served on a board and reported directly to a board, I have insight that not all people can draw from. Biography, Who I am I listen to multiple sides of the issues with an open mind. I look for solutions to problems as opposed to creating them. I have a strong sense of fairness and believe honesty is paramount. And I feel everyone should have an opportunity to voice his/her opinion. I would like to improve the relationship between the school trustees and all parents, citizens, and district employees. I would also like to provide a comfortable atmosphere that invites participation. In addition, I am an advocate for children. I put children first. And, if elected, I can be more effective in that role. |
