School District Strategic Plan

Candidate for Governing Board Member; Atascadero Unified School District; 4 Year Term

"As a member of the community, parent, and Board of Trustee's, I support the content of the adopted Strategic Plan."
On July 6th of this year, our School District adopted a "Strategic Plan" that was formulated by a team of 63 members from our community. It took almost 1 year to prepare this vision. The powers and responsibilities of the Board of Trustees per it's bylaws are to `"set direction for the District by adopting a vision statement which defines the District's goals and priorities" through "soliciting staff and community input." As a member of the community, parent, and Board of Trustee's, I support the content of the adopted "Strategic Plan."
