I spoke before the State Water Resources Board in opposition to the raising of the Salinas Reservoir, and I will continue to fight it. I've been selected to sit on the Technical Oversight Committee for the Paso Robles Groundwater Basin Study. I am committed, involved and well versed in the water issues we face.
