• City redevelopment including a beachfront hotel/conference center at the west end of Grand Avenue to attract local interest and tourist dollars

• A downtown business district that is people, driver and business friendly

• A boardwalk from Grover Beach to Pismo Beach with a trail extension to Pismo Lakes on the north side only

• Increasing employment opportunities

• Continued focus on police training, Community Patrol and Neighborhood Watch

• Development of clean industrial business to increase city revenue and to provide tax relief

• Development of a senior center
