The people of any city can create problems, and are creating problems, faster than any City Council, or other government agency can create and enforce laws. The time has come to realize that the answer to our problems does not lie in more bureaucracy. It lies in a new vision for the City.

Ancient civilizations prophesied that this generation in which we now live would experience a new birth of life; that the time of the birth of the new life would be marked by many signs, including signs in the stars. Our generation is now marked by such signs, including the rare heavenly alignment of the Winter Solstice with the equator of the Milky Way.

The new earth that can now be expected is not a new substance, it is a rebirth of the earth on which we now live.

The new earth will differ from the present earth in two ways:

1. The people of the earth will become one body of LOVE, JOY, and PEACE.

2. Planetary engineering will create GROWTH CORRIDORS that will be like a network of arteries and veins in the one body on the surface of the earth.

GROWTH CORRIDORS will be the utility lines that will transport the wealth and resources of the earth to every place needed. GROWTH CORRIDORS will distribute goods and services to the whole earth that will be as a single living organism. GROWTH CORRIDORS will be for the transportation lines, water lines, power lines, communication lines, and waste disposal lines.

It is not too early for the cities of the world, such as San Luis Obispo, to begin to prepare the people and the City for changes that must occur before our civilization is destroyed by the poverty, pollution, disease, crime, and violence that is rooted in GREED, HATE, LUST, and VANITY.

If we now fill in all open space that is in and around the city, we will find it more difficult to become a part of the new earth.

If we continue in our old ways of GREED, HATE, LUST, and VANITY we will find it more difficult fitting into the new world of LOVE, JOY, and PEACE.

Most people look to the City to answer the issues of growth, water, quality neighborhoods, traffic congestion, etc. The truth of the matter is that the answer to these problems does not lie within the City. The answer to these problems lies in preparing for the new earth.

I do not believe that the City Council or any other worldly government can create new laws as fast as the people can create new problems. If you agree that we need a new vision for the City, then please vote on November 7th for Lark Jursek for City Council. Thank you.
