A worthy project for tax payers is to provide all public services to all the people of Stockton.Today we face grave and growing problems in public services, such as water systwm, sewer system, not to forget our detriorated streets and sidewalks. Some areas of the city do not have all of these public sevices. The people of Stockton must be treated equally and fairly in every corner of the city. It is a must for the good of the city and to unite the people to support the city. Therfore, a worthy project for the taxpayers is to provide all public services to all the people in every corner of Stockton. |
