DevelopmentBy Samuel E. "Sam" WilliamsonCandidate for City Council; City of Oceanside | |
This information is provided by the candidate |
Let's face it! Growth is inevitable. We need jobs and we need quality housing. Some development is just not in our best interest.Working together we can attract the right type of jobs and development to Oceanside. Infrastructure (streets, libraries, parks) must keep pace. Potholes, broken street lights are signs of poor maintenance. We can't ignore what is currently in place. We need to put together long-range plans so our infrastructure will keep up with development and Oceanside can foster an upscale, coastal community atmosphere. I will fight to insure that the public will always have access to Oceanside's beaches and parks. |
