Political Philosophy for Rick Smith
Candidate for |
I am an active participant in local, regional, state and national groups that have an internal and/or external impact on our community. I believe that to make rational recommendations that affect the entire community, I must also have a working knowledge of some of the internal and external forces that will shape the future of Lakeside. I believe that the future health, vitality and quality of life for Lakeside, her resident, property owners and business owners depends on fair land use recommendations that are based on the needs of the whole community. Recommendations that consider internal and external forces, community plan goals and policies, and neighborhood needs and desires. |
