Wally is a native of Tennessee. He was raised in the home of Lookout Mountain and the Chattanooga Choo Choo, where he received his early education.

Wally's family later moved to Alabama, there he received his high school diploma and a B.A.degree in Journalism.

Shortly after college the adventuresome Wally joined the United States Navy and spent the next seven years serving our country.

Wally is owner and operator of Wally's Salon and has been in business for 13 years. His current location is 925 Otay Lakes Road in Chula Vista.

Wally is married to Cathy and is the father of three children.

Wally is an active and vocal community leader. He holds positions on the board of directors of several local organizations and is a strong advocate of quality education for all children.
