GREG GRACE, Plant Manager - Judd Wire, Inc.: Throughout the time I have worked with Rick, he has consistently demonstrated the highest level of honesty, intellect and overall personal character. In addition, he is personable, caring, and enjoyable to work with. He is recognized within the company as a perceptive and effective manager that produces superior results. As an Engineering Manager, Rick is responsible for successfully resolving difficult issues that involve the company, customers, and the local community. Most recently, Rick's ability to readily determine the local community development needs, develop a fiscally responsible plan that satisfied these needs, and effectively comunicate with local community leaders has enabled the plant to meet its expansion objectives quickly and profitably. Rick's sincere interest in his community, coupled with his strong leadership skills, are sure to make him an asset to the city council and ultimately make Escondido a better place to live.
