Preserving our Pristine Mountains
Residential: Rick Paul would never vote for a developer to flatten the top of a mountain to build houses. He supports 100% enforcement of the Hillside and Ridgeline Ordinance. Industrial: Rick Paul believes Quail Hills can be developed by using the General Plan's design for following the contour of the terrain and by rezoning the NW corner to preserve the ridgeline, building homes for a smooth transition to the existing residential neighborhood.
Cooperating with our Schools
Rick Paul will work to increase communication with School Board Members by listening and being open to problem solving WITH the board members to correct the HARDSHIP status due to overcrowding. Rick Paul will work with the schools in acquiring land for new school construction.
