Infrastructure

By Michael T. "Mike" Lucas

Candidate for City Council; City of Oceanside

This information is provided by the candidate
City Infrastructure comes first.
I am determined to have the basics done properly be before anything else. Water, Sewers, Roads, Police, Fire and Basic city services need to be done and paid for before any other projects.

I will not spend any money on anything until the basics have an "A" rating. We wasted money on redevelopment such as the new theater. It was built with not enough parking and then the city issues parking tickets, which is not customer friendly.

Eliminate all parking fees and bridge tolls. Citizens should be treated better than tourists.
