Candidate for
City Council; City of Solana Beach

I am an officer of a small family owned business and have owned residential income property in the area for over 30 years. I know and understand the difficulties of running a small business, meeting a payroll and achieving sales growth. This experience makes my very sympathetic to the problems of business owners in the Solana Beach area.

I make every effort in my personal life to be honest, fair and a good listener to other peoples positions. I try to put myself in the other person's shoes in order to understand their concerns. I make every effort to treat others as I would want to be treated.

Based on my demonstrated experience in the business world, concern with environmental issues and involvement in City matters over a period of many years, I believe I can serve the people of Solana Beach in a knowledgeable, fair and responsible manner. I would work hard to provide balanced management that meets the desires of a majority of the citizens
