Jaime Bonilla has a simple campaign message: Lower the Rates...Stop the Waste! The Otay Water Board has wasted too much money on questionable projects. Waste goes unchecked. Adding insult to injury, the District keeps passing on water rate increases to YOU! This is not fair. You deserve lower rates, and Jaime Bonilla will fight to lower the rates. How can we afford to lower the rates? Jaime Bonilla will work to cut the waste and pass the savings on to you. Back to business basics. |
