Bill Baber supports Gov. Bush's plans to reform our public schools.

I Support George W. Bush's Education Reform Plan: -- "No Child Should be Left Behind" in our La Mesa-Spring Valley schools. -- We must set high standards. -- We must measure progress and expect results. -- We must end social promotion and give children extra help to catch up. -- We must focus on basics and stress phonics. -- We must strengthen classroom safety. -- We must teach our children that there are right and wrong decisions in life.
