Smart Planning is incorporating health, safety and environmental issues into the planning process.By using roads that meander around instead of going straight through you stop the flow through traffic. This makes our communities safer, less traffic, and healthier, less polution from auto emissions. Our off road pathway system allowes us these benefits and easy emergency access to other roads in the case of large fires. The use of Paver Stones or Grass Crete allowes for water to seep through the cracks back into the land causing less water runnoff down hill to neighbors. The Slope Density Formula is another smart planning tool, reducing the size of building as the slope of the land grows steeper. |
