Candidate for
Councilmember; City of Monte Sereno

Resident of Monte Sereno since 1973. Married to Barbara Hawkes since 1953. Two adult sons, two grandsons both attending Daves Avenue School.

Graduate of Stanford University in 1950, with a major in chemical engineering.

Served in US Air Force during the Korean War.

Wide range of experience as an engineer in material science and electronics. One of founders of start-up electronics company in 1962 (Spectran Electronics). Owner and manager of a small business in Campbell, California for seven years designing and manufacturing custom transformers and power supplies.
