  • Implement Proposition 38, Educational Voucher Initiative to SAVE THE CHILDREN's EDUCATION
  • School Safty, Overcrowded Schools are NOT safe. Prop. 38 will help those least financially able to opt out
  • CHARTER SCHOOLS run totally independantly . Work to build a NEW Private High School & Jr. H.S. on east of Suey Rd., and another in N.E. Santa Maria

Overcrowding, CHARTER SCHOOLS, and Homework Clubs
The Prop 38 implementation, will reduce the burden on Public Schools, Overcrowding can be reduced without building NEW Government managed schools. Truely Independant CHARTER Schools Need to be established for gifted as well as handicaped with parents calling the shots, and for those who are failing academically, HomeWork Clubs.
