We will be able to provide enhanced service to our residents through changes in manning and response timesWe will be able to better respond to emergencies in the future due to increasing the size of our Truck Companies from half of the Trucks having 3 Personnel, to all of our Truck Companies having a complement of 4 personnel. Our Master Plan will also aid in this as we will be relocating some stations and this will improve response times in various areas. This part of the equation I feel is key, and in my mind is on the front burner. |
