In summary, I am a journeyman hydrogeologist. I have a long career of working on a wide variety of water resources projects throughout the western U.S., but mainly in Southern California. As a result I have had a rich experience and education on water resources problems and their solutions. I have met most of the important water-resources professionals in Southern California. This network of friends and acquaintenances have been valuable to me in understanding "The Big Picture"...how Orange County can get the best quality water at a cost to our advantage. It is a challenge & great fun!

As a skilled water resources technical professional I have saved my clients many millions of dollars. I enjoy meeting people, studying water resources in different places, and diligently read my various technical journals. It makes sense to keep your mind open to ideas that can help you understand and solve a problem. I am happy to question authority and pleased to work out practical solutions to water resources problems.
